the current research is to identify the sustainable development strategy, Egypt’s Vision 2030. The theoretical framework for sustainable development has been identified in terms of its origin, concept, importance, objectives, characteristics, pillars and dimensions. To identify Egypt’s vision 2030 and its objectives in secondary education.
The research used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of secondary education directors, agents and teachers of the stage in the governorates of Qalyubia and Menoufia, and the sample amounted to (576).
The results showed the lack of standards governing the professional development of the teacher, the lack of training for school leadership and the lack of human and material capabilities
