Study of the level of implementation of organic agriculture techniques by agricultural extension workers

This research aimed at identifying the characteristics of agricultural extension researchers, determining their level of implementation of Organic Agriculture techniques, identifying the relationship between their level of implementation of Organic Agriculture techniques - as a subordinate variable - and the independent variables studied, and identifying impediments to the spread of organic agriculture and their proposals for overcoming them.
The research was conducted in the governorate of kalubia. The sample of researchers was selected, amounting to 46 investigators, amounting to 88.5% of the total of 52 agricultural advisers of the Directorate of Agriculture in Benha. The data of this research was collected during July and August 2022, through a personal interview by questionnaire.
The results showed that the majority of agricultural workers researchers were older persons 82.6%. and that more than half of them 86% of rural origin, More than 54.3% have a university qualification. and that approximately 47.8% of their agricultural extension work was 14-25 years old, 47.9% have medium Organic Agriculture experience from 6 to 11 years, and the majority have low organic area under their supervision.
The level of implementation by researchers of the recommendations techniques was 28.3%. 15.2% of the researchers had an average implementation level, and 56.5% of the researchers had a low implementation level.
The results showed a moral relationship between: age, qualification, number of years of experience in organic agriculture, organic area under the supervision of researchers, and the implementation of organic agriculture techniques by researchers.
