The current research aims to contribute to providing an intellectual and philosophical clarification about Authentic leadership in addition to identifying the impact of Authentic leadership in educational administrations. The research included five dimensions of Authentic leadership: professional competence, ethical behavior, effective communication, transparency, and empowerment. In leadership it helps in the exchange of information and ideas and increases openness, influence on others and interdependence.
