Abstract
The study aimed to prepare a program based on standard levels of linguistic reception suitable for teachers of Arabic as a non-native speaker in the Comoros. This prompted the researcher to prepare a list of standard levels of linguistic reception - reading skills - that are suitable for non-Arabic speaking teachers in the Comoros, and a test to measure it. Where it was applied to a sample consisting of thirty teachers of Arabic speaking to others in the Comoros at the Institute for Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Others, in the capital of the Comoros, "Maroni" - north of the Greater Comoros Island -, and the study concluded the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing language production among Arabic language teachers.
