Abstract
The study aimed to identify the technological competencies necessary to develop the skill aspect of the school journalism specialist, and to reveal the effectiveness of the proposed program in acquiring the skill aspects associated with some of the technological competencies of the school journalism specialist. The study tools consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect and a practical performance note card to measure the performance aspect of the technological competencies of the school journalism specialist, The tools of the study were an achievement test to measure the cognitive side and a practical performance observation card to measure the performance aspect in the technological competencies of the school journalism specialist. The technological competencies of the school journalism specialist, in favor of students' grades in the post-application, and that the proposed program contributes effectively to the development of the skill aspect of the technological competencies of the school journalism specialist.
