The present search aimed to investigate the level of quality of career life for preschool teachers, in the light of the variables of experience and marital status. The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach and relied on the Quality of Career Life Scale (designed by the researcher) for achieving the study's objectives. The sample of the study included (241) preschool teachers in public, private, and Azhari governmental and model schools in Qalyubiyya governorate. The study obtained several findings, including the following: "The level of quality of career life for preschool teachers" was rated (moderate); ranked first the dimension of professional competency development, with a mean of (2.79) and a standard deviation of (0.22), while ranked last was the dimension of wages and incentives, with a mean of (1.90) and a standard deviation of (0.44); and the lack of statistically significant differences at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) among the ranks of means for responses of preschool teachers constituting the study sample and within each dimension, as regards the marital status variable; and the existence of statistically significant differences at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) among the ranks of responses of preschool teachers constituting the study sample in the dimensions of (social relationships inside the institution - social relationships outside the institution – occupational safety and health), as regards the years of experience variable, for the favor of teachers with an experience of (3-6) years. In the light of the findings obtained by the researcher, she presents several findings, most importantly the following: the necessity of attention by educational leaders to planning and designing programs for the professional development of preschool teachers; and working on fulfilling all professional needs, material, technical, and human, in order to facilitate and improve professional performance among in-service preschool teachers.
