Education based on the traditional role of the teacher as a carrier of information and knowledge is no longer suitable for the era of technical innovations, which requires the learner to communicate with interaction and positivity in obtaining information from various sources, so e-learning has been employed in the educational process to make the teacher's role more important and more difficult.
E-learning means browsing the Internet in a specific way and with guidance; to use electronic information, and this is one of the most important roles of the teacher, and in blended learning, the teacher's role must be the role of a catalyst for generating knowledge and creativity, through which different means of communication are used to teach a particular subject, and these means may include a combination of (direct delivery in the lecture hall, online communication, and self-learning) that gives the teacher freedom to use communication technologies in the classroom.
Hence, the need arose to prepare the music education teacher comprehensively to keep pace with all variables, as the process of preparing the teacher includes three basic aspects, the first of which is the academic aspect, which aims to provide the student teacher with modern scientific facts in his field of specialization, the cultural and technological aspect, which aims to provide the student teacher with a degree of culture and technological information, and the professional educational aspect, which aims to train the educator capable of directing the educational process towards its proper path.
