abstract
The aim of the research is to develop the skills of using cloud computing applications among middle school teachers by studying the effect of the interaction between the two types of support (synchronous/asynchronous) and the cognitive style (impulsive/deliberate) in an electronic training environment. The researchers relied on the developmental research approach that includes three approaches: descriptive and systems development. The experimental design was quasi-experimental with a factorial design (2 x 2). The research tools were an achievement test and a note card. The research sample consisted of a sample of (60) male and female teachers, and they were divided after applying the familiar forms pairing test to determine the cognitive style (deliberation/impulsiveness). ) according to the quasi-experimental design into four experimental groups, the researchers prepared a list of skills for using cloud computing applications, and a list of standards for the electronic training environment based on the interaction between the two types of support (synchronous/asynchronous) and the cognitive style (impulsive/deliberate), and the methods were relied upon The statistics are one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) and two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Eta squared η2, and Tukey’s test. After applying pre- and post-research tools and experimental treatment materials, the researchers arrived at the research results: which were: The experimental group (1) that was trained with the synchronous support mode and the deliberate cognitive method excelled in cognitive achievement and skill performance for the skills of using cloud computing applications. The researchers recommended directing the attention of those in charge of the educational process to adopting the synchronous support mode when training deliberate teachers with an electronic learning environment in their training programs to develop their skills. In using cloud computing applications, the researchers proposed conducting research on the interaction between the support style (synchronous/asynchronous) in an electronic learning environment and the cognitive style (independent/dependent) and its impact on developing the skills of using cloud computing applications and achievement motivation among middle school :.
