Abstract

The rules that provide protection for children during international armed conflicts in particular, exist and are sufficient to a large extent, but the problem still arises regarding implementation, which is essential in activating these rules, and practices remain the most important factor in choosing the extent to which the provision of protection are able to address the effects of armed conflict.
Therefore, in order implement these rules, we recommend reliance on aregal standard that prosecutes everyone who violates international humaitation law, in order to move away from the idea of double standards that select the best according to expansionist interests and ambitions, and so that these laws ensure the true and effective protection of the child during armed conflicts, the first source of threat for this innocent creature.
That is because there is no optimal protection for children during armed conflicts as much as it was in the noble Islamic Sharia, as it forbade the killing of protected groups, including children due to their weakness and inability to fight or participate in it. The killing of children, so he stood shouting at his saddiers, "What is the matter with the people who were killed until they killed the offspring, do not kill the offspring, do not kill the offspring".
It was also proven by his saying, may God's prayers and peace be upon him. 'Get with Khalid and say to him: Do not cut off a chaste, and do not kill offspring or a slave" {Narrated by Abu Dawood and Ibn Majah}.
Based on that, it the youngster appears in the field, it is not correct to kill him, unless it is proven that he participated in the killing in any way that is commensurate with his physical ability. In the age stages prior to that, which is when he is weak and unable to start fighting.
Where we find that international humanitarian law has recently been concerned with deciding a new set of rights for the child imposed by the necessity of caring for children in light of the exposure of millions of children in the world to neglect and exploitation in time of war.
Therefore, the conclusion of international agreements to protect the rights of the child was a special protection for this category that it represents a broad section of the human family.
Child protection agreements had a significant impact on the international level, expressed by the growing interest in children's rights on the part of international and regional organizations
