Abstract

Emotions play a very influential role in an individual’s life because they are linked to his motivations and needs, as well as to the various types of activities that he practices. Emotion is an integrated behavior or response of the organism with an emotional nature and has its own backward physiological manifestations that lead to changes in the body that include all systems (muscular, circulatory, and respiratory). and glandular).
Oxedine also concluded that a high degree of emotional arousal is appropriate for athletic performance, which requires muscular strength, endurance, and speed, while it is considered an impediment to athletic performance, which requires complex motor skills and general motor coordination, and that a moderate degree of emotional arousal is appropriate for most motor tasks.
