The effect of transformation leadership on the relationship between positive violation of organization rules and organizational creativity

Abstract

The research aimed to measure the impact of positive violation of the organization’s rules on organizational creativity in light of the mediation of transformational leadership in hospitals. The research was applied to a sample of (323) individuals from employees in government public hospitals in the Qalyubia Governorate in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which are: Banha Teaching Hospital, Shebin El-Qanater Hospital, and Health Insurance in Banha, Al-Qanater Al-Khairiya Hospital, Banha Fever Hospital, and Toukh Fever Hospital. A survey form was developed to collect field research data. The reliability and validity of the scales that were used in the research were tested using confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Structural equation modeling was also used. To test research hypotheses.
 The research found that there is a statistically significant positive effect of the positive violation of the organization’s rules on organizational creativity, as well as a statistically significant positive effect of the positive violation of the organization’s rules on transformational leadership. In the same context, the research demonstrated the presence of a statistically significant positive effect of transformational leadership on organizational creativity. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant positive effect of the positive violation of the organization’s rules on organizational creativity under the mediation of transformational leadership, and the mediation of transformational leadership in the relationship between the positive violation of the organization’s rules and organizational creativity was partial mediation.
