Abstract

The study aimed to propose a frame work of integration between the balance
score card and the sustainability development indicators which aim generally to
activate the sustainability performance for the business enterprises. The
researcher studied a case for one of the petroleum companies working inside Arab
Republic of Egypt within the period (2018-2023) and representing most of
c o m p a n i e s w o r k i n g i n t h e p e t r o l e u m a n d m i n i n g s e c t o r .
The study concluded that the activation of the balance score card inside the
business enterprise helps in evaluating the performance of the whole enterprise
and gives clear image about all the activities, and the possibility of benefiting
f r o m i t a n d appl yi n g i t in Eg ypt i an bus in es s est a bli sh me n t s .
