Abstract
The current research aims to develop self-efficacy among educational technology specialists using an electronic learning environment. The researcher used both the descriptive and experimental approaches. The research sample consisted of (25) educational technology specialists in the Haram Educational Administration. The research tool was the self-efficacy scale. After applying the research tool and experimental treatment materials, the research results reached the identification of a self-efficacy list, which was determined in three (academic behavior, academic context, and field of achievement). The research tool was applied before and after and the experimental treatment materials were applied. The research results reached the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the specialists in the experimental group higher than the control group between the pre- and post-measurement of the self-efficacy scale in favor of the post-measurement. The research recommended the necessity of benefiting from the proposed electronic environment, which was prepared in the current research to develop the three aspects of self-efficacy among educational technology specialists in the general education stage.
