The aim of the current research is to design an environment for learning interactive book skills for the development of an educational technologist through the design of an electronic environment, the researchers have followed the descriptive curriculum, the experimental curriculum and the research sample consisted of (25) specialists, the research tool was the achievement test and a note card to measure the skill side, and after applying the research tools and experimental processing, the research to determine the list of interactive book skills has been specified in (5) main skills and a number of(30) sub-skills, the researchers relied on statistical methods SPSS after applying the research before and after the experimental processing materials, the research results to the existence of statistical differences between the average grades of a specialist The experimental group is higher than the control group between the pre-and post-measurement test and a note card in favor of post-measurement, and the research recommended the need to take advantage of the employment of the design of the proposed electronic environment, which was prepared in the current research and training to develop the skills of the interactive book skills of the education technology specialist.
