The effect of center muscle group exercises on the specific physical abilities and level of skill performance of kumite athletes

Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of the exercises of the center muscle group on the special physical abilities and the level of skill performance of the kumite players, and the researcher used the experimental approach with two measurements (pre-- and post), as the basic research sample was selected in a random way from within the research community of karate players in Fayoum and restricted to the records of the Egyptian Karate Federation that the size of the basic sample for research (22) player, the research sample was divided into two groups, one of which is experimental and the number (11) player And the other officer and the number (11) player, and the most important results indicated:
1 / Improving the pure physical variables positively affected the skill level of the kumite players.
2 / Center muscle exercises have a positive impact on the level of special physical variables and the level of skill performance of kumite players.
3 / Tests and measurements of special physical variables, help greatly in directing the training program (under research).
4/ Training of the center muscle group greatly improves the skill level of Kuwaiti players.
5/ Training of the center muscle group shows a significant improvement in some of the physical abilities under investigation (strength - ability - balance - flexibility).
