Abstract

The research aims to develop a proposed framework for some tipo training on the level of performance of some variables of complex skill performances of female kumite players. The experimental method was used to suit the nature of the research and its procedures, through the experimental design of an experimental group through measurements (pre-test and post-test). The research community included female karate players registered in the federation. Al-Masry Karate School in the Sharkia region, under 18 years of age The basic research sample was chosen intentionally from female karate players at Banha Sports Club who are registered in a region in the Egyptian Karate Federation. The research sample included (18) female players under 18 years of age, divided into (10) female players from a primary sample and (8) female players from the same research community and outside the basic research sample. To conduct the exploratory study and scientific transactions for the tests under study, the researcher reached the following conclusions: There were statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement and in favor of the post-measurement for the experimental group in the physical variables under research for female karate players under 18 years of age, and therefore as a result of the effect of the proposed T-Bo program.
