Abstract

Scientific research represents great importance in achieving civilizational progress and human progress in various areas of life in the modern era. It has also become one of the most important basic factors for developing societies to reach levels in the field of physical education and sports. It has become commonplace to notice a clear positive relationship between countries that have achieved Great scientific progress and sporting excellence in world championships and the Olympic and Paralympic Games Athletics is considered one of the basic competitive and educational sports that occupies a special place among other sports. The importance of athletics is evident in that it contains two main aspects, the first of which is that it is a competitive activity carried out in accordance with educational rules and foundations regulated by the rules of competitive activity as an educational activity, while the other aspect includes considering it as a game. Athletics is the first popular sport that cares about the general health of individuals at different ages and levels. Athletics are also considered one of the oldest sporting activities practiced by humans Not only since the beginning of history, but also when it became more powerful. Walking, running, jumping, and throwing are all motor activities that the individual uses to achieve his goals during his growth and development stage The research aims to develop the institutional performance of athletics for people of determination by identifying the strengths and weaknesses in institutional performance
