Building a self-management scale for football referees in Sharkia Governorate

Abstract

Search procedures
Research methodology:
The researcher used the descriptive survey method in order to suit the nature of the research.
Research population and sample:
Research community:
The research population is determined by football referees in the Eastern Province, division (second - third), and their number reached (73) referees.
Search sample:
The basic sample for the research:
The basic research sample was chosen randomly from within the research community of football referees in the Eastern Province. The researcher determined, after referring to the supervisors, that the size of the basic sample for the research should be (53) referees, representing (72.60%) of the population of the research community, provided that they are not They participated in the survey experiment.
Conclusions:
- The possibility of arriving at a qualitative scale to measure self-management among football referees in the Eastern Province, as it consists of (6) dimensions with a total of (40 statements).
The level of self-management among football referees in the Eastern Province was high.

Recommendations:
- Applying the self-management scale among football referees to different regions.
- Applying the self-management scale for football referees on a regular basis to the referees.
- Holding educational seminars and courses whose goal is to raise the level of self-management of rulers.
