The future, which is the fruits of the present, occupies the largest space in human thinking because the individual is always looking for a better life. In order to achieve this, there must be future goals that he seeks to reach through hard work, perseverance and following the paths of goodness. In this quest, man always aspires to the position he hopes to occupy among his fellow human beings. The more the individual strengthens his back and the more his structure becomes cohesive, the clearer his vision of life becomes, and with it his ambitions are framed by the reality of rationality and objectivity, so his hopes and aspirations become closer to reality than to illusions and dreams. Ambition (Aspairation) as one of the important aspects of the human personality represents an important dimension of the individual's personality in the various stages of his life. The level of realistic ambition plays a major role in the process of development of nations, and it is due to what peoples have achieved in terms of progress and what individuals have accomplished in terms of accomplishments, along with other factors that lead to progress and development.
