Abstract

The research aims to bring together the cultural frequencies between some of the leaders of the faculties of physical education, which resulted in the researchers having a statistically significant correlation between the cultural frequencies between each other, after the innovation of educational technologies. The volume of the basic research reached (120) leaders of the faculties of physical education. This study established a negative, statistically significant correlation between the very different hesitation of the leaders of colleges of physical education, creative research individuals. The researchers highlighted the role of the importance of creative skills and self-confidence among leaders to reduce the factor of psychological hesitation, as well as interest in creating a strong leadership personality capable of making decisions with consistency. psychological, Interest in holding scientific courses and seminars for psychological guidance within colleges of physical education, trying to have a psychologist whose services can be used when needed to ensure the psychological health of decision-making leaders.
