Abstract

Research Introduction
Communication is one of the most prominent basic elements in human interaction and reality, which should be focused on and realized, and if it were not for communication, many societies would not have grown in terms of economic, social, political and civilizational, it aims to participate in the exchange of facts and ideas through the transfer of information from people or groups using a symbol with a unified meaning, and the concept of one sender and receiver.
Search problem:
Through the work of the researcher as a physical education teacher, he noticed some shortcomings among physical education teachers in the level of communication skills of some teachers, and this affects their relationships and contacts with the school administration and students, as well as with the rest of the teachers, which prompted the researcher to build a measure of communication skills to identify the level of these skills they have.
Research Objective:
1- Building a scale of communication skills among physical education teachers in Qalyubia Governorate to identify the level of effective communication they have.
Research Question:
What is the level of communication skills of physical education teachers in Qalyubia Governorate?

The current research community is determined by physical education teachers in the preparatory stage
