Conclusions : In light of the research objectives and hypothesis, and through statistical processing and discussion of the results, the researcher was able to extract the following: - A brief image of the questionnaire was reached, consisting of (43) phrases distributed over five axes (advertising - publicity - personal selling - sales promotion - public relations). - There is a positive correlation between the various elements of the promotional mix represented by (advertising - publicity - personal selling - sales promotion - public relations). - The relative estimate of the axes phrases is high, which indicates the importance of the phrases of the axes of the promotional mix questionnaire (advertising - publicity - personal selling - sales promotion - public relations). - Recommendations:- Based on the data and information contained in this research study,the researcher presented the following recommendations: - The promotional mix plan of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation should focus on the majority of the promotional mix elements (advertising - publicity - personal selling - sales promotion - public relations). - The necessity for the Federation to work on adopting the importance and concept of continuous promotion and innovation in the promotional mix process. - Conducting more studies on the topic of the promotional mix in various sports federations. - Institutions should not neglect traditional promotional elements, nor abandon them and direct their promotional policy to electronic means only, but rather work on combining the two tools and forming an integrated promotional mix in promoting the services they provide.
