Abstract

Today, the world is experiencing unprecedented transformations and changes in various fields, which have had a profound impact on all aspects of life and in various fields, including the sports field. Within the framework of approaches to organizational development and administrative reform, many administrative models have emerged that address the requirements of development and respond to the trend towards the independence of organizations and self-management. And comeGovernance, as Joshua & Francesc (2023) indicates, is one of the most prominent modern trends and mechanisms applied by many institutions and organizations, which is concerned with how to practice the process of decision-making, leadership, and relationships within the organization, with the aim of advancing this sector, developing and raising its levels, and accomplishing its tasks and work efficiently, effectively, and with ease. The opportunity for everyone to participate fully in decision-making according to the principles of justice, transparency, accountability and integrity
, as Hassan Al-Shafi’i (2020 AD) points out, is an important matter to ensure the progress and development of sports in accordance with sports values, given the role of sports within society and its impact on it. Sports governance, or good governance in physical education and sports, is represented in participation and the application of decentralization, the rule of law, transparency, equality, and speed of response. Effectiveness, efficiency, accountability and strategic vision in all areas of sport. Governance represents an administrative approach through which the ability of sports institutions to achieve their organizational goals can be enhanced without prejudice to their responsibilities
