A training program based on the use of electronic platforms in the practice of Skill preparing for the arts of journalistic editing by students of official schools of languages

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the criteria that must be taken into account when using electronic platforms in displaying the content of preparing for the arts of journalistic editing and the effectiveness of electronic platforms in students practicing the skill of preparing for the arts of journalistic editing and identifying the aspects of benefit of students of official language schools from using electronic platforms in practicing the skill of preparing for the arts of journalistic editing. This study belongs to the quasi-experimental studies based in its design on the group with pre- and post-measurements, as a group of students from the official Ruhia Ibrahim Language School affiliated with the Bagour Education Administration in Menoufia Governorate was selected for the academic year 2023-2024 AD and it was applied to a sample of (30) individuals. The program included a list of skills, a list of objectives and content, a list of criteria, an achievement test, and a product evaluation card. The most important results reached by the study: -
The results of the study showed the arrival of a training program based on the use of electronic platforms in the practice of students of official language schools for school journalism activity, as it became clear that:
1 - There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the control group and the experimental group in the post-application of the achievement test for practicing school journalism activity among students of official language schools in favor of the experimental group.
