Abstract

The current study aimed to identify a training program based on infographics to develop the technical and performance skills of educational media specialists. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a quasi-experimental approach with a single group. The study tools consisted of a training program based on infographics to enhance technical and performance skills, a questionnaire for measuring the technical and performance skills of educational media specialists, an observation checklist to evaluate the technical and performance skills, and a cognitive achievement test for the technical and performance skills (prepared by the researcher). The results revealed statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.01) between the pre-test and post-test mean scores of the educational media specialists (the study sample) in the technical and performance skills scale in favor of the post-test. There were also statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.01) between the pre-test and post-test mean scores of the educational media specialists (the study sample) in the observation checklist for technical and performance skills, again in favor of the post-test. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found at the significance level of (0.01) between the pre-test and post-test mean scores (the study sample) in the cognitive achievement test for technical and performance skills of the educational media specialists, in favor of the post-test.
