Sustainable development is multidimensional and requires international cooperation and concerted efforts from various actors at the domestic level. These goals can only be achieved through legal mechanisms that transfer ideas, visions and theories to reality. As long as the law is required, sustainable development requires the implementation and activation of the provisions of this law on the ground. The essential elements of the new development thinking are the transparency of public decisions, the availability of information, the accountability of officials, and respect for human rights, duties and values. This can only be achieved within a solid and strong legal system that ensures the needs and aspirations of peoples are taken into account and provides the legal framework for implementing policies and programs aimed at achieving development. Development is a collective effort undertaken by society, as all institutional capacities, public and private, participate in it. Sustainable development is not just an injection of money, but also a complex process in which the needs and requirements of society interact with self-possibilities and economic conditions. And benefiting from it to meet the needs of society without neglecting the interests of future generations. We cannot talk about sustainable development without addressing and talking about the law
