Growth, economic development, and sustainable development are related terms, and they are usually used alongside each other. Still, at the same time, we note that the concept of growth is different from sustainable development, but they depend on each other. They are closely related to each other. It is also worth mentioniEconomic development is the process through which simple, low-income national economies are transformed into modern industrial economies, and includes qualitative and quantitative improvements in the country’s economy. It is considered a quantitative and qualitative change in the economy and means improving the quality of life and living standards, such as measures of literacy, average Age, and health care. It includes the processes and policies through which a country improves the social, economic, and political well-being of the people.ng that growth and sustainable development are considered important and necessary studies in the modern era, and each of them represents a fundamental aspect, especially with exposure to their measurement methodologies and indicators.
Although the terms growth, economic development, and sustainable development are closely related to each other, some differences distinguish each from the other. Growth is considered a change in the various material aspects of the individual and also a change in the material aspects of society as a whole, while we note that development is changing—many and gradually for both the individual and society.
